Jamaican Gingerbread

A dark, spicy, moist and delicious cake!  This cake is made with treacle, dark Muscovado sugar, ginger and mixed spices to give it a lovely flavour.  Try it as a pudding served warm with some custard.  It improves with keeping, becoming even more moist and sticky!  Store in an air-tight tin for up to a month.
