Lemon Drizzle

Our best seller! The cake is flavoured with fresh lemon zest and lemon juice. While the cake is still warm from the oven it is soaked with a mix of lemon juice and sugar that gives the cake a lovely lemony flavour.  It is very versatile and can be turned into a special pudding by warming in a microwave and adding some fresh berries and a dollop of double cream!
