Scottish Shortbread

Made with butter for the best flavour and semolina for texture. A classic.  Available as pieces or as a round (equivalent to 6 large pieces).  I have recently started varying this recipe by adding toasted hazelnuts and chocolate chunks - this is proving very popular!
